Yay! Fantastic chapter! I've definitely been waiting for Kagome to ask that question. :) 

You know... I liked this chapter all the way up until the very last sentence. She owed him? That makes it sound like she doesnt really want to be with him and is only giving him a chance out of guilt. As much as I love this story... I really dont like the Kagome in it. She just seems like she has such a weak character, and that's just a little off putting. Especially the fact that Sesshoumaru waited five centuries for her and she's only giving him a chance because she feels as if she owes him. I love Hisoka, he's definitely my favorite character (and those sly sentences you sometimes added made a person feel as if he has feelings for her too, beyond simple friendship.) And Sesshoumaru is such a sweetheart... in a Sesshoumaru kind of way. I hope you do something to make me like Kagome, or pretty soon I think I'm gonna start rooting for Hisoka ;p

You're probably tired of hearing this.  But this is a really good story!  It's one that you can just read over and over, and it's not finished yet.  Awesome job.  This story makes Friday even better.

I'm so happy now. She is finally going to give Sesshomaru a chance. I was really feeling for the poor guy for a while - He was so nervous. :(

Awwwww!  I reached the end of the chapter too quickly.  I'd best reread it, but at a slower pace this time through.  A week is a heck of a long time to wait for the next.  I shall savor it.

She owes him five chances and a half, I'd say...and I'm glad she's finally woken up to how much she must have hurt him. Poor Sess; my heart's really going out to him in this one. Especially when Kagome realises she may have a lot to make up for...and that the poor puppy doesn't even dare hug her anymore.

This was absolutely beautiful, and the emotion in this chapter left me with this delightful pain in my chest. It's taken us quite a while to get here, but the journey has been so wonderful I never want it to end. And somehow you always manage to leave me itching anxiously in joy for more. Can't wait to read next week's chapter.

How did I know the sweater would be part of the gifts? Nice tie in to the rest of the story. The past to the present.

I think she owes him so much more than just a chance, but maybe that's because I'm not so forgiving of those that would forsake their friends for their own comfort.

This was a good chapter though. I see that you're making time jumps and while I understand them, I also hope things are not resolved too quickly. I expect that we don't have too many chapters left, but it's the end that's usually the most difficult part, no?

Well... I'm conflicted. I'm not angry (because this really was a good chapter), but neither am I happy (circumstances within and surrounding the chapter). I just hope that they can try to make things better. Work on it and try to mature as they hadn't through their other experiences. ...Maybe that's what's the most disappointing. The fact that even though they've been through so much, they've matured so little.

Looking forward to seeing *cough* and Inuyasha.
