Well, I'm glad you killed her. It would have been ridicilous if she was pardoned imo. Everyone can atone for their sins, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't bear the consequences. Killing a family member in cold blood is just too much to be pardoned, not to add all the other stuff she did.

As much as I like Kagome's kind nature, she can be bit naive and too idealistic, so Sesshomaru is perfect balance for her. No leader could have shown compassion in such situation and still be taken seriously.

Also I've been a bad bad reader. Haven't left a review in ages :S, but that doesn't mean I haven't enjoyed every chapter you posted :D

Slightly sad that Shrimpy didn't turn out to be the main villan. But thats just coz of name XD

Anyhow, great work and hope to see plenty more stories from you in the future.

Sesshomaru may have condemed himself to a life of misery but Kagome will never allow him to live that life. When she awakes and is healed, she will begin to understand and heal him too because that is just who she is.

Brilliant chapter and well written. I felt the greif and sadness that Sess felt along with the despair and hate.  I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

Ooooo...how very dark and sad. Should be interesting when she wakes up. I kinda do hope she has the strength to leave him, even just temporarily, and does something to remind him of his honor....one of the parts of him she fell in love with. It's like he's just willing to throw it all a way and kill her himself by imprisoning her by saying she can never leave.

Well this almost seems like history repeating itself. I wonder if Sesshoumaru will be able to make it. Kagome would def not forgive him, if he sacrificed himself to save her. Oh the things we will do for love. I can't wait to see what happens next and if everyone gets their happy ending :)

I would like to express my gratitude for you coming up with this story. This has really given me something to look foward to day in and day out.

You have not made it easy for Sesshoumaru and Kagome to find their 'happy ever after' and I love it. This alone sets your story apart from others. Their trials and struggles are somewhat realistic, considering the characters. This story shows taht there always going to be difficulties when dealing with love and hate and sometimes issues due to differences in culture. These are things that I picked up from your story.

Kura was a victim of misunderstanding and lack of communication which lead to her situation. Instead of coming forth with her desire to be with Ryuu, who still had feelings for her, she took an underhanded method to get what she wanted. Now, she has to live with not only killing her father but also the attempted murder (though we don't know if she survived yet) of Kagome.

Sesshoumaru is going through a rough time. It really hurts my heart. He blames himself for her situation and is consistently beating himself up for his so called failings. Hopefully, Kagome, if she survives, will help him to understand that she doesn't expect him to be with her every second of the day and things like this happen. But, Sesshoumaru will probably think that it doesn't matter 'cause she his mate and it shouldn't. Yeah

I have really enjoyed this story and I say it like that because I really think we coming to an end. I have really have come to enjoy your work and I have already started to on you new story, "His Milestones." It already has my attention.

But once again, I enjoy your writing style, how you incorporate emotions and realisim and that really makes a story unique.
