I know there has to be some character development, and I think you made one of the best Sesshoumaru in all fanfictions I've read (and I've read a looot!) but I want Kagome to stop suffering! She already has so much on her shoulders... Please make her and Sesshoumaru realize what they have soon!

  I need some happiness all this depressed talking is getting to me.  Maybe the the next.chapter will be :)

Poor Sesshoumaru. I wonder why he doesn't just see this as adapting so that he doesn't completely lose himself. He's trying to hold on to his old self so hard, but those who don't change, don't survive. And look at Kagome stepping out of her comfert zone. They're like 2 peas in a pod. One that has lost both past selves and one that only has their past self. I wonder if these two crazy kids can figure it out. I can't wait to see what happens next :)

I am now in love with this story! Thank goodness I had a day off so I could devour this! I can't wait for the next chapter. Sessh is getting emotional! He's acting like he's alive now!

Like always, another heart-wrecking chapter that beautifully written.. I already read this story 4^th times, and everytime I re-read it, I couldn’t help my tears to gathered in my eyes… ‘There was a tightening of his stomach and it made his throat burn…’, there was a tightening of my stomach and it made my throat burn indeed. But in the end my heart going on flip-flop in happiness because finally!!! Finally he felt something!! *hug Maddie-san and her cute dog*

Wow--okay, so he is realizeng his feelings go beyond the bond, but really Dude-- you leave her in the backseat of your car with your semen dripping down her legs. AND your thinking your at least not sweaty like she is. She has to return to work too. How honorable was this little adventure. Sesshoumaru ... smh...just so lame.

It's good to see that Sesshoumaru isn't completely untouchable. He's been so hard in this one can't imagine him caring for even Rin.

Ohmygodohmygodohmygod!!!!!! It's almost 1 in the morning and I want to squeal And wake up my roommate! This was an awesome chapter and a step in the direction that all of your readers and I have been waiting for. I love Sesshomaru getting all flustered over these new feelings and Kagome's new found boldness. Another great chapter and I can't wait for the next one. Don't stress yourself out to much though. I understand the struggle of school and working since I'm going through it right now, so just pace yourself and dont worry to much about updating right away if it's going to trouble you too much.

So so so so good! This a step in the right directIon and I'm on the edge of my seat, wondering where this will go!

This is my first review of this story because I jumped in quite late. I was drawn in because I've enjoyed other works you've shared. First of all, I want to compliment you on not making Sesshoumaru supremely rich, powerful, and influential like almost every other fic that has him live to the modern day. Without a major secret society of Youkai and/or shadow government, this is very realistic.

It's been agonizing reading about Kagome's illness and long recovery. You have us chewing our nails over how slowly she is healing physically and mentally. I also frequently find myself wanting to spank both of them for acting like children and not talking to one another, although this latest chapter does make strides to correct that. Even love matches between mere mortals suffer the same kind of problems: fear of rejection, lack of communication, and not being truthful with one another. Through it all I've enjoyed the whole trip. Slow and sure is more satisfying. Thanks for sharing your inspiration with us.

That was a touching chapter. It seems they are both taking all the comfort they can. Slowly, but surely wins the race I guess. I can't wait to see what happens next :)
