I can't really see Sesshoumaru being cheesy though. Maybe Sesshoumaru's own kind of cheesy, or being accidently cheesy. But I see how has taken the path of ignoring the issue for how to deal with it. I can't wait for the banquet though and for the females to declare themselves and their intentions. I can't wait to see what happens next :)

Guess Inu-Mama is going to approach Kagome with the same 'offer' when she realizes Sesshoumaru wasn't happy with her advice.  That may cause a little wrinkle in the alliance.

Poor Sesshoumaru. His world was just shifted. Good thing Kagome is there to help him deal with it. I can't wait to see what happens next and to see how Sesshoumaru makes sure he stays his own person and not his parents :)

A few chapters ago when Sesshoumaru was speaking with his mother my heart sank. I couldn't believe the advice she was giving her son (though I could because her characterization is very good) and was so worried Sess would take it to heart. These last two chapters cheered me. Your characterizations are always so consistant and true to the story. Good form. I would love to illustrate this (or "Imperceptable" which I miss!!) but it would be such a huge project! I'm impressed by your ability to tell these stories and stick with them for so long. I'll try to review more often, but, seriously: love. your. fics.

Wonder what the end of play will bring to our friends, and what will the reaction of those in court will be? I can not wait for the next chapter, I'm threatening to explode in anticipation!

X3  seems that Sesshoumaru finally beginns to understand the grave consequences his little flirting game can have...and he does not want for Kagome or himself to end like his parents and Yuji

Awww...looks like he realized the world wasn't perfect when he was little.  Seems like he doesn't want to follow in the parental footsteps. Can't wait for more!

Hmm...interesting way to think bout it. bu tif the adults in his life formed their own pack, you have to wonder if they weren't happy. Yuji probably wasn' the happiest he could have been. I wonder how Kagome will handle this one. I can't wait to see what happens next :)

aaaaaw....poor Sesshoumaru ...it's hard to realize that his childhood wasn't as happy as he had thought...don't want to think what poor Yuji had to go through...living with the one he loved and watching this person get mated and even playing with their pup XC

That is the saddest thing ever! And I totally didn't see it coming, but Im sure that everybody is going ooohh. duh. I wonder if Sesshoumaru will learn from the past or repeat it. I can't wait to see what happens next and if he approaches Kagome with this :)
