oooh...I get it. It took me a couple of times to realize how they would be doing the same thing as their neighbors. Wonder how mother will take being blown off. I can't wait to see what happens next and how Kagome reacts around Storyteller-sama next time :)

I'm generally very good at suspending disbelief... but I'm getting a little close to my limit. She said in the beginning when they started "training" that she didn't want to kiss someone she didn't love and he even retorted back that she should love him or endure it. I don't know that I buy that Sesshoumaru is THIS thick... I think you're enjoying drawing this out as much as you can! So who's dodging now?

Uh oh... Now Kagome knows he knows and knows his mom knows that he knows... and that she must know that mom must know something about how she smells to him. This can't be good... There's a lot of knowing going around. I wonder how their next meeting going to go... 

Also title of this chapter reminds me of something I commented upon in my last read through about history repeating and a love quadrangle... It appears I was on the right track although you've surprised me before. My next thought was that Kagome would never go for this, but then I realized she really already has done this with Inuyasha and Kikyou, and she's already convinced she's not good enough for Sesshoumaru. I'm not too worried though because it's already established that Sess does as he pleases.

Chou's low born secret... So she's trying to make the best match regardless... This somehow makes Kenta attending her make sense and makes me wonder even more if there's something between those two. Although if she's low born too then she wouldn't have her own trysting cave... So whose was she in when Kenta was waiting for her? In chapter 54, mom make it sound like Chou doesn't tryst either? So what is she playing at? I don't think creating the impression of a reputation would work for her the same way it does for Sesshoumaru.
