It actually fits nicely compared to some words I looked up.  Now Sesshomaru has no choice but to tell Kagome everything that he found out and reasure her.

Also, so both Sessh and his cousin was engaged to someone in the vermilion  birds...

Oh poor Sesshomaru when will he ever forgive himself?  I'd suspect when Kagome does.  This was sad.. Hopefully their lives brighten soon.

Awww :( I wonder how she would feel if he did indulge in touching her stomach or ask for permission. I kind of feel like it would be different than normally touching her bc she would know it was for the baby. But who knows! Can't wait to find out .

So beautifully written, but you're killing me slowly with the emotional restraint Sesshoumaru is undertaking. I get it, I seriously do, but please shed some light of hope soon cuz it's so depressing. I understand this is his part of the emotional journey where Kagome is also having her own in a  much shorter period of time, but...but...

Kagome was so happy for the cool water and poor Sesshomaru wanting to do the things lovers and do but knows Kagome would be upset should he spy on her while bathing.  At least this is one step forward.

OMG, one of your best stories in short chapters, but seriously kills me. I want more progression, but I love the slow build. I hate the torment Sesshoumaru is clearly enduring, but I also love the patience and emotional build up. I want more and faster, but at the same time I love every single moment and paragraph that is so well descripted.

Aw, how heartbreakingly sad yet beautiful. I definitely feel for Sesshoumaru and I also understand Kagome. It'll likely be a while yet before she's able to contemplate anything romantic with him or accept his growing feelings. Totally understandable! Having the distraction of all the work to do is good for her. Hopefully, she'll soon start to be kind to herself when she has tender thoughts/feelings about Sesshoumaru...it does her no good to deny those feelings or feel bad for having them. Maybe then they can slowly become closer.

I do wonder if she'll have any communication with her friends. Especially Shippou! Maybe letters or something if she can't travel there? I'm also wondering how her friends are taking her absence...is Inuyasha trying to figure out how to get her back or mourning what he lost and trying to move on? Did the Inutachi get a notification about Kagome and Sesshoumaru officially being mates?
