Put the hair pin in girl. You're mated and bout to have at least two pups. Some ships we have to let sail towards new horizons.

Bonding over books, sewing and tea. With a little uplifting girl talk thrown in. What could be better? Kagome needs a gal pal. 

I don’t think I quite understand why Kagome wants this job so bad. What drew her so strongly to it? To help the family somehow? 

He's so sweet. And he's TRYING. I know Kagome is still in a weird situation.  It I'd wish she would TRY too.

I think we all knew Sesshoumaru wouldn't object to her pursuing the examination and it's so satisfying that Kagome now knows this as well. I'm also glad he didn't take back the hairpin. She's gotta deal with her growing feelings at some point and the gifted hairpin is an excellent reminder. :)

They were so prepared for her death lol jokes on them! 

I thought so, she fought with beasts to gain their poison hoping to strengthen hers but had to wait for the all the poison to work through her system to become one while her body laid in a deathly state.  Seirin wants to battle and this time she will not let them win...  Kagome now understands, hopefully she can find someone as a partner but not a mate.  Inu Yasha comes to mind seeing how he is hanyo and Kagome already mated to Sesshomaru.  Can't wait to see what happens next.
