For some odd reason, the database thinks that you did not respond to a confirmation email, even though you might very well have done so. If you go to your profile, click Edit, Update User Profile, you will see a tab that says Contact Info. I believe that, if you enter your email and password in those areas, then click Update, it might shut that error message off.
In the event that it doesn't, however, you can safely ignore it and edit your profile anyway. It's annoying, but doesn't do anything to your account.
