Hey everybody. I don't know if this actually belongs in this topic but here goes.

Recently I was contacted by one of this forum's user and a watcher of mine, mamasama. She's a housewife and needed assistance in learning how to use Adobe Photoshop Elements and offered to pay me 20$ an hour for those lessons. Well I spent four hours with her on messenger teaching her the basics and important tools to use when drawing digitally as well as how to work with layers among many other things concerning the software. (the lessons where through screenshots and personal tutorials. I also made her a power point presentation.)

So yeah... I guess she convinced me to also add the option of hiring me as a personal teacher and guide online >.<. So whoever is interested can also contact me and I'll teach you all I know about Photoshop CS2 and Photoshop Elements as well as how I work my pieces. The lessons are for 20$ an hour yes >.< but if that's too much we can come to an agreement.

Holy Cow, I am such a huge fan of your work! Your style is so delicate and graceful. I am an artist myself but know almost NOTHING about computer art. Paper and pencil I know, but the digital tablet is still foreign but I feel I am already getting the hang of it! Your tutorial of your DA page has been really helpful with figuring out how to accomplish smooth lineart.

hehehe ^^ that's great!! It's great to know my tutorial helped you :3 that means it served it's purpose well. Yes using the tablet requires some practice and some getting used to. But you'll manage eventually I'm sure. :3 Thanks a lot!

We're in the same boat when it comes to computer/digital art, Mamasama. Give me charcoals and I'll whip you up something special, but put a tablet pen/thing in my hand and I'll probably poke someone's eye out. XD

are fan arts the only art/comic that you commission for?

i'm also a big fan. ^^ i absolutely LOVE your work; very beautiful and delicate. after seeing your art, a wacom tablet has been on my wishlist for over two years but i can't seem to get it as a present (mostly b/c i ask for the biggest one and no one wants to dish out the $$ for it >,<). i also found your tutorial very helpful. i can't praise you enough.

No, I also commission original art. Original characters or OCs. XD but since this is a fan based board I specified fan art. check my journal on Deviantart if you wish for more information.

of course. i know how important it can mean to artists to hear from their fans and people who like their work. i have to say i'm glad to see that you don't only do Inuyasha art, though i'm probably gonna get slapped by some people. you have some of my favorite animes in your gallery too and i think it's nice you do other things as well. your roses and that blue bird were spectacular. ^___^

lol, yeah and Ouran HS Host Club, Fruits Basket, Chobits, Bleach and Samurai Champloo. i loved the Devil May Cry piece. i haven't seen the anime but my bf played all the games and i am just obsessed with Dante and Nero. oh and i guess i should add the Cloud and Tifa ones too. >,< oh and the Zelda ones! i'm a big fan of those games and have played them all. i even bought a Wii for Twilight Princess. awesome game with awesome graphics.
