This is an old work from a single spark. All I can remember is Sesshomaru and Kagome are mated (bonding of convenience?) and comes to a disagreement. Kagome vows to never speak again. A servant then is a means of communication. It's a multi chapter work, not AU, and they are lord and lady of the west.
