I'm not sure if it is the one you are looking for but Accidentally Funny by Kanna37 is a really good read and has a scene similar to the first you described in the first chapter.

Sesshomaru has a sense of humor and wants Kagome to be his mate. In the first chapter, Inuyasha's group was moving along a field and they saw Sesshomaru in his true form standing above them and showing his package (penis) to them and they were all shocked and wondering why is he doing that. Then Sesshomaru went in his human form and said to Kagome " showing you that it makes no difference with or without clothes". And another chapter he went out in the field naked to Kagome when Koga was there fighting for Kagome. Can you find this fanfiction, please?

I have to agree. I began reading this one and both scenes you mentioned are present in this story. Can you provide any additional details about the story you're looking for? Because this one seems to match you're search, thus far.

I do appreciate the trouble you went to to find this fic, However, one should not start reading 30 minutes before getting ready to go to work. Kanna37's stories actually need a warning!and I think a supply of depends!
