Hi guys!
I'm sure you're all wondering where I went. Well, my father-in-law passed away, and we flew overseas for his funeral. While we were there, I started getting really bad pain in my stomach, and I wasn't anywhere near my normal doctors, so the doctor there was trying to figure out what was going on. I had necrosis in my abdominal cavity, and before they realized what was happening, it spread and threw clots.
That sounds more serious than it is, but I'm actually okay now, and I'm back home. I'm getting settled in, but I should be able to go through all my emails and messages and get back to work here this next week.
I am SO sorry for disappearing like that. I asked a friend to log into my account and tell people, but apparently that didn't happen.

glad to know you're back and OK!
Nobody managed to put together a form for the nominations and it looks like it works well. there's still plenty of time before voting so don't worry, take your time and everything. Nobody and the other mods are running things very well around here  |

So sorry for your loss and the medical emergency! That must have been frightening. Glad to hear you are safe and back home. Just take care of yourself and please don't apologize--your health is far more important than fanfiction.

MISS K! *glompglompglompglomp* I'm going to say it YET again, WE MISSED YOU! As has also been said the mods did a fantastic job keeping order while you were away. I'm glad the worked out your medical issues and I hope that you are feeling well soon! Just don't push yourself too hard, we can wait, your health is MUCH more important than this site!
Also, I know what it's like to lose close family. No amount of "I'm sorry" or "It will get better" helps so I'll just say that you and your family will be in my thoughts.
