please continue it is getting to the exciting parts. is sess going to go after kagome? i hope he gets off his butt and do it quickly before the deceivers put their plan into effect. please continue, i'll be waiting to find out the outcome.

These bad guys. I love them because they see their own weaknesses (lust for power and pride) in everyone else, but their plots are foiled by Kagome who doesn't HAVE those things.  I get the feeling this is going to be much much worse though. LOVING this.

Oh! Inari, oh my poor heart!  I gotta say, I love how you are taking the whole "youkai" timeline thing in stride and stretching things out like this!

Can't get enough, keep it coming.

I really like this story but for some reason their relationship really bugs me.  On one hand, Sess is too darn stubborn to admit things and on the other hand, I almost wished that Kagome hadn't promised him that she would stay.  I hate that she has to stay.  Her courtship with another didn't seem to push Sess into action and Kagome even suspected him to have had something with Jun (a human!) which I really hope isn't the case bc it would make Kagome's situation all the worse for me.  I just don't get it...I guess I just feel really badly for Kagome.  It feels like an stagnant impasse.  

Oh I believe that myobu has transformed or did something to Inari cause I can't see how she was on the verge of death and asking Sesshomaru to kill her and the next day she was completely fine. Oh no that makes no sense but please update soon.

Another great chapter. I enjoyed and disliked the time jump. I enjoyed all the content, but I disliked that there wasn't more explanation and story through all of those years! I know it was most likely neccessary to have the plot progress, but I can't help but be greedy with this story, it's one of the few fanfictions I advently read in this pairing anymore. Keep up the good work, I especially like your writing style and characterization. I can't imagine how you get such good chapters updated so quickly! Purely magical, I tell you!! Ha.

Aww...poor Sesshoumaru. He should have seen this one coming. Wonder how he will handle tough bough (clearly internalize everything and tell no one). Hopefully his fretting over this won't draw too much attention from the upcoming war. Lovely job with expressing all the emotion and everbody's reaction. Congrats and I can't wait to see what happens next :)

Oh... I'm glad Kagome moved on, it would be in keeping with Kitsune nature.  Plus I get tired of the 'Kagome falls apart and will take any amount of abuse for the man she loves' school of character development.  Or the 'now I hate you because you don't love me' school, that is also tiresome to me... very immature.  It is refreshing to see Kagome allowed to grow beyond the emotions of a 15 year old.
