Ay-chan: hey yall! Just like I promised I am now writing a songfic for the song burn!
Disclaimer: I do not own the song Burn, but my dad does own the CD and sadly I do not own any Inuyasha characters except for mine Ay-chan formerly known as Aesuka Yukari-sama!
I decided to write this because a sudden vision came to me. Over the past few days I've been watching VH1 and MTV constantly and Burn on the album Confessions by Usher has been a top hit. Not to diss it, but it is kind of dorky. I mean have you seen his moves. Like water, but his hands uh uh not working...

Seshoumaru can be found staring out at the Western lands reminiscing about a certain miko who has changed him for the worse or so he says.
Flashback:
Naraku had captured Kagome and Kikyo and was dangling them from a cliff. Our favorite little Hanyou was allowed to pick only one and the other was to drop from the cliff to a certain death. At the sight of Kagome and Kikyo he halted. Then they were dropped.
"AAAAAAAAHHHH"
"Kagome" he breathed.
"Inuyasha!"
"KIKYOU!!!" he jumped and barely caught Kikyo. Too caught up in the moment he didn't see the smirk that was placed upon her face. Seshoumaru watched his half brother in fury. The little miko had been a quite interesting subject to watch, and his foolish half-breed of a brother watched. Reason's unknown to him he caught Kagome just before she reached the bottom. When he caught her she was a bundle of nothing, like an empty shell that could rival Kikyo's. From there he took the miko to remain at his home until he found a reason as to why he saved her from certain death. She remained there for about months when he realized that the feelings he felt for her were shocking. He didn't feel this way about Rin so why her? Taking it in as a weakness he sent her away, and back to his brother not seeing the love in her eyes for him.

Seshoumaru stares at his beautiful garden. Stares at it evilly. Remembering the two humans he cared for the most and angrily sprayed his venomous poison all over it in hope of erasing the memory that they held.
Verse 1

Kagome started to cry when Seshoumaru told her that it was time for her to leave.
Flashback
"Do you want me to go ?" she said in a strained voice. His silence was all she needed to hear. She went back up to the room that she was staying in and said her goodbye's to rin and even some of the Servants. Packing up her things she reminisced about all the happy events. She made seshoumaru actually smile and he even taught her how to defend herself!
"He is right though. It would be best for us to go our separate ways. I have my quest to finish and after that I will leave Sengoku Judai in the past and finish my life as a normal teenage girl in school. No demons, fights, evil miko's, backstabbing brothers, or dead woman to curse me."
End Flashback
She nodded to him and held onto his hand as his youkai flew them to the well to return her to her group.

Kagome only frowned when she thought of how she used to love Inuyasha. Now she saw the truth. She was only amused by him. He was the first person she met when she came to this era. He was a good friend. His loyalty though wavered and she couldn't depend on him. Why when she fell from the cliff. He went to his dead lover, he didn't even look back at her.

Seshoumaru stared at the crescent moon In the sky. The one object in the world he could always count on returning. It was the symbol of his household. Tonight it gave him no reassurance. 'Damn, that girl. I did what was best for her and she loves that Hanyou not me.' "But. Argh!" ' no she is better were she is. I am youkai and she is a lowly ningen. No! she is one of the most beautiful creatures in the world and I do not come up nearly to her standards." But what of my half-breed brother?" 'It is over. We are through!' " But when was it ever a we?" 'I seriously need to stop talking to myself.' Shakes his head and goes back to staring at the crescent moon hanging in the sky making a eerie blue tint to the Western Lands.

He stared at the girl curled in the blankets. Or rather one of the Youkai woman that followed him. Throughout the night he saw her with that miko's face. He moaned her name. The youkai just agreed with him. "If that's what you want to call me go aheaddd" she whispered seductively in his ear. He paid no attention. Staring at the sky outside he quietly sang.

Kagome stared at the sky and cried once again. This time of release. She finally understood that Inuyasha could no longer be there for her. She stared once more time at the crescent moon that so reminded her of the man that denied her love. Then glancing one last time at Sengoku Jidai she jumped into the well for the last time returning home with no chance of return. For this time she had the whole Shikon no Tama pure and untainted from her wish. Sealing the well behind her she walked defiantly to the Goshinbuku tree and sat down and cried for those left behind never to be seen again except in some history books that spoke only of the outline of her adventures. A black car pulled up to the shrine and a godly being stepped out and started to walk to the little miko he had pined for over 500 years.

Ay-chan: How did you like that one? Well if you liked it or not Alicia Keys is coming up next with one of her oh so famouse songs. Well actually 2! 2 in 1! Isn't that great? I have fun listening to songs then forming a plot t hat Fluffy and Kagome can evolve around. Some may end sad or they might be happy. This one I did 'Burn' could be considered either. Please suggest new songs for me! Oh and I' have currently been a Beta Reader. Aesuka somthin. If yu want me to edit read or just help you I will! Just remember if u use my ideas you must give credit were credit is due. Like this songfic and my previouse one Obviose all the credit is given to VH1 and Blink 182 as well as Usher for this one!

Notes: My friend Eyoko Mitsumi is practically against fluffy and Kagome fic's. she's more into inu/Kag. I personally like both, but Seshoumaru and Kagome fics are way more interesting. What about you guys? I think when enemy's come together they always seem to have the best sparks! Let the sparks fly. I recently read a little Kagura/Koga scene and it seemed to fit. I haven't seen Ayaname or something like that yet in the series. Sadly all I have in Adult Swim! I do get manga and Newtype mag's but I haven't gotten any dvd's except for the free ones in the newtypes. Sigh. Life is so sad when you are only between 13-167. yes 167. can't give you my age though I guess u figured it out by now. Blah, Blah, blah, Blah, Blah. Okay enough complaining. Bye peeps! Oh did u like the song that Seshou sang? i wrote that chorus when i wass stressed and decided what the heck! and i put it in!
