Ch. 1: Tipsy Town

"Sesshomaru! Pass the vodka!" yelled Kagome over the crowd.

"Heads Up!" he yelled back.

"Arigatou! Sesshomaru-san!" she yelled after she caught the liquor bottle.

Kagome Higurashi is the youngest bar tender at one of the most popular bar in Tokyo. Tipsy Town a bar owned by one of her best friends. Sango Kenji took over the bar after her father died in an automobile accident. Kagome has known Sango since her junior year in high school. Kagome also works with her oldest friend Sesshomaru Tashio. Kagome has known Sesshomaru since the 3rd grade. When her cat Buyo was stuck in a tree he saved her kitty and they have been friends ever since. Sesshomaru has been working at the bar for two years and showed Kagome how everything works because she just started two weeks ago.

"LAST CALL!" yelled Kagome. Everyone in the bar let out a groan. "Gomen! We love you all very much, but you have to leave." The bar let out another groan and Kagome yelled. "Listen you lazy bums! You don't have to go home, but you have to get the HELL out of here!"

"Kagome is that any way to treat a customer?" asked Miroku walking up to the counter.

"Miroku we all know way you're here." she said, "Sango! The perverts here!"

"Kagome I wish you wouldn't call me that it hurts my feelings."

"Oh, onegai Miroku. We've all known you since high school, so drop the innocent act. You're the world's biggest pervert," said Sesshomaru coolly.

"I think I'm gonna cry." he said ever so innocently.

"Quit the innocent act you perv. You know they're right." said Sango while walking in the room.

"You turned on me too, Sango? Oh, Boo-ho, woe is Me." he said while crying fake tears.

"Your such a Drama King." smirked Sesshomaru.

"I aim to please." Miroku said and winked at Kagome.

"He, he." giggled Kagome.

"Hey Sesshomaru, Kagome? Could you guys look up for me? Because Mr. Pervert here and I have a date." Sango asked.

"Sure." they said.

"Doomo Arigatou, you guys! See you guys tomorrow," she said.

"The sun will come out tomorrow. Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow there'll be sun, just thing about..." Miroku sang.

"Put a sock in it Annie! Let's go! Konbanwa!" Sango said and pushed Miroku out the door.

With one last look toward the entrance door Kagome and Sesshomaru turned around and began to clean glasses and wash silver ware. After that was done they looked the door to Sango's office and walked outside and looked the door. Kagome and Sesshomaru started walked to his car. They would always carpool to work.

"So...Kagome would you like to go to a movie this Saturday?" asked Sesshomaru.

"Now Maru-chan, you know I'm with InuYasha right now. If I went out on that date you know that'd be cheating."

"So! He cheated on you dozens of times with that bitch Kikyo."

Kagome stopped dead in her tracks and hung her head low. Seshomaru stopped and noticed she stopped. His inu-nose could smell the tears coming down her face. He walked over to her and clapped his hands on her shoulder.

"Kagome are you okay?" he asked.

Kagome broke free from his grip and run to his car. She opened the door to the front passenger seat of the Saturn Ion (A/N: My mom has that car and I couldn't think of anything else.) and slammed the door closed. She tucked her legs in, rapped her arms around her legs, laid her face on her knees, and started to cry even harder. Sesshomaru ran over to his car and got into the driver's side. He looked at his friend with a sad face and hugged her tight.

"Listen Kagome, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say that. Its just...InuYasha makes me angry. He cheated on you! Why would someone ever do that to someone they love? Its just isn't right! If I were you I would have dumped him by now." he said, "Its just InuYasha always had it better than I have and he doesn't respect the good things he has. You deserve better."

"I know Maru-chan, it's just been together for so long. It seems harder and harder to let go. But I've decided that if he cheats on me one more time we're though! He can have that whore for all I care." she sadly.

"Well, that's great Kagome." Sesshomaru said and looked down at her and hugged her even tighter. Sesshomaru loved Kagome. He's love her ever since high school. When he got his girlfriend of three years Kagura pregnant. Sesshomaru's father kicked him out of the house as well as Kagura's father so, Kagome let him and Kagura stay with her until they found somewhere to live. When she had Rin they married each other. The marriage only lasted one year because they couldn't stand each other. Sesshomaru was never really happy with Kagura and was happy to divorce her. So, he took Rin and Kagura took half his stuff. Whenever he needed help Kagome was always there to help. She always had his back. She was a true friend and that's why he loves her. Sesshomaru kept hugging her and was knocked out of his dazed by a yank on his sleeve.

"Ses...sho...maru...CAN'T BREATHE!" panted Kagome trying to break free of his bear hug.

"Oh, gomen Kagome! Gomen!" he said while letting go.

"That's okay. A few more seconds and I could've passed out. *Cough*" said Kagome trying to catch her breath. "So you gonna take me home?"

"Oh right! Gomen." he said. Sesshomaru pulled the keys out of his pocket and placed the keyhole. (A/N: Don't know how to spell the real word for that.) He turned the car on and pulled out of the parking space. He then drove the little miko home.

Sesshomaru: Indeed.

Miroku: I too enjoyed the incredibly handsome man who picked up the lovely and beautiful bar owner for a date.

Sango: *blushes* Oh, Miroku.

Miroku: *grabs Sango's hands* I love you, Sango.

Sango: I love you too, Miroku.

DemonGirl14: Get a room you two!

InuYasha: DG! What the fuck! I wasn't in this chapter and the pervert got to?

DemonGirl14: Well it's a Kags/Sess fanfic, so...yeah. And Miroku was in it because he's cool like that.

InuYasha: So fuckin' what!

Sesshomaru: Your stupidity never surprises me, little brother.

Kagome: DG could you close the chapter?
