Kagome Higurashi was a normal High school student. She lived with her mom, grandpa and little brother, Her father died a year after she was born. Now Kagome is 16 and that's where the story begins.

Ring. Ring. Ring.

On the third ring Kagome finaly picked up the phone.

"Hello?"

"Hi Kagome! It's Songo."

"Hi songo. What's up?"

Kagome could hear songo smile on the other end.

"Well since you asked. I want to know if you want to go to the lake in a few hours?"

Kagome rolled her eyes," Whatare you up to songo?"

"Nothing." songo said in her i'm not so innocent voice.

"All right, i'll play along. Who's coming?"

" Me, Miroku, Rin, and...Inuyasha."

"Songo..."

" Kagome, before you say no you don't have to say anything to him. I'll keep you busy, promise."

"Fine." was all kagome said before she slammed down the phone.

Kaogme looked at the clock. It was 2:30.

'Crap i have to get ready for the radieo interview.'

As kagome walked upstaris to her bathroom a knock sounded at the door.

"Cant people just leave me alone." Kagome asked herself.

Kagome opend the door but regretted it immediately.

The moment kagome opend the door she was blined by the lights of a dozen camera lights and phatographers taking pictures. Kagome slammed the door in their faces and ran upstairs and slammed the bathroom door. She stood still for a moment and listened to them pounding on the door and the windows. Kagome decided to just take a shower and ignore them.

~*~15 minutes later~*~

Kagome walked out of the bathroom in a jean mini skirt and a balck halter top feeling refreshed. She still had a hour or so to kill before she had to meet songo at the lake.

"What to do." Kagome mumbled to herself. Then with a smile she grabed her keys and headed for the mall.

about half way to the mall kagome spotted a car following her. She switched lanes but the car still followed her.

'they just don't know when to quite do they.'

She looked in her mirror and saw that the ccar folowing hers was pulling up beside her and there was a man hanging out of the window with a camera. Kagome looked behind her, there was no one else in the lane with her so she stepped on her brakes and the car came to a sudden halt. Kagome saw the other car continue on. Kagome then decided that she was going to go to the lake a little earlier.
