Sesshomaru Wears Pink by Lady Midnight

Chapter 1

This is dedicated to all the women with breast cancer. For Skye's "Think Pink" challenge. I do not own Inuyasha or any of it's characters. But I do write about them!!  =D Sesshomaru annoyed me so I'm gonna torture him.

"One, Two, Three, SMILE!" A silver flash pirecd the area around Kagome as she took a picture of her five year old daughter Rin and her friends. Today was Rin's birthday and she had wanted to invite her whole kindergarden class. "Alright. Why don't you guys go play tag? hmmm?" "Okay mommy!"

Rin ran off chasing her friend Sakura. She almost tripped over her pink princess dress. "Be careful honey!" Kagome shouted after her. She walked around the pink picnic tables, picking up the discarded pink plates and napkins that said, "Happy Birthday Rin!" in sparkly blue letters.

After dispencing them in the garbage, she grabbed what was left of the pink birthday cake and took it in the house. "Sesshomaru, you have to come out sometime!" She yelled up the stairs.

Moments later she heard footsteps stomping down the stairs, before Sesshomaru emerged wearing white leootards, a pink sparkly dress, and a tiara with fake pink diamonds on it.

After several seconds of trying to hold in her laughter she couldn't take it anymore. She bent over clutching her sides in laughter. She heard a growl coming from Sesshomaru and she looked up to see him giving her a look that gave literal meaning to the phrase "If looks could kill."

Kagome was finally able to restrain herself enough to slide open the glass door and say, "Come on princess, the children are waiting." Sesshomaru growled, but grudgingly stomped outside. It was his fault for promising Rin that she could have what ever she wanted for her birthday.

It just so happened that she wanted him to dress up as a princess and sing. "YAY!!! DADDY!!!" He stepped outside and was immediantly ambushed by his daughter Rin. He scooped her up and kissed her cheek as she giggled softly.

"Daddy, are you going to sing now?" He grudgingly nodded and made the mistake of asking her what he should sing. "Barbie girl!!!"

Sesshomaru groaned, but stepped onto the picnic table and grabbed a microphone. Wanting to get it over with he immedietly began singing.

- Hi Barbie!
- Hi Ken!
- You wanna go for a ride?
- Sure, Ken!
- Jump in!
- Ha ha ha ha!

When he finished, he turned and saw Inuyasha in the same exact costume as him. Inuyasha opened his mouth and asked, "She got you to huh?"

Rin ran up to Inuyasha and got him to pick her up. "It's your turn to sing, Uncle Inuyasha!!" Inuyasha winced and climbed onto the picnic table, he began singing, he got into it and started dancing. He tripped over the dress because he was wearing high heels.

He landed upside down on the floor and showed his pink panties. The children and everyone busted out laughing, and when Inuyasha's cheeks turned a bright pink, Kagome wolf whistled.

"Rin!! Time for bed!!" Rin turned to Sesshomaru and asked him to tuck her in. "Of course sweetheart." Sesshomaru carried her upstairs to her room and layed her in bed. "Thanks Daddy." Sesshomaru got a confused look on his face and asked, "What for?"

"For making this the best birthday ever." Sesshomaru smiled softly and bent down to kiss her cheek. "Anytime kid. Goodnight." "Goodnight daddy." Sesshomaru stood up and headed for the door. He cast a final glance behind him before shutting off the light, and closing the door.
