Yay!!! Kagome is so damn cool in this story.  Thank god!!!  I wonder though how Kags is going to get out of her promise to Inuyasha.  I mean, she promised to mate him and remain with him until forever.... Next chappie please.

so now we know how she gets the respect of the scholars....i wonder how she will get the respect of the other groups. can't wait to read the next chapters and find out :) also like ive said before i can't wait to see how else she can confuse and fasinate Sesshoumaru at the same time :)

How nice of Kagome, to kinda cheat for the children. Once again Lady Inari wasn't the successful one, :D . I hope there are more meetings between Sesshoumaru and Kagome while Inuyasha is away.  This chapter was amazing, as allways.  I can say that the story is getting better after each chapter you write. *.* .

I loved Just as  any other chapter I read.  Im curious for the next chapters.  Without  InuYasha there who knows what Kagome may do :p  . Till next chapter, I hope that  my tablet will be charged by then.....  Reading with the cellphone is hard.

Ah I just realized!
If Sesshomaru didn't let Inuyasha do this patrol thing normally, would Inu and Kagome be suspicious? If Sesshomaru never allowed Inu to patrol before or handle the Western matters, why wouldn't Sesshomaru send an emissary or someone else in his place (since he cannot leave)? Or does he trust Inu that much?

Also, I just realized this.....Kagome seems to be VERY emotional still-she cries a lot of Inu and the way he is treated and "accepted" into the youkai society, yet she is poised and graceful and respectful (Even while throwing insults). So I'm still trying to figure out her personality. Normally if someone insulted her species, herself, or her loved ones, she'd be all over that person no holds barrel. Now she seems to try to be a bit more calmer since she is attempting to receive the honor of Hime, so is she mostly behaving or is she truly more mature now? I can understand she outgrowing the screaming and such like she used to do with Inu but it seems she's completely changed then you see spurts of her former personality like when the Lady insulted Inu a couple of chapters ago......

Still cannot wait for more!

Really great chapter. I really love the concept of the novel that Kagome was reading. Also we found out who the mysterious shadow was although i had my assumptions to who it was. Looking forward for more chapters!
