I like where you're going with this story, mating Sesshy and Kags by accident is an interesting twist that I haven't seen yet, at least not like this.
That said, you might want to work on fleshing out your details. Not so much locations, but in your transitions. Like, from well to cave, went WAY too quickly. My eyes ended up skipping over some things because of how fast your writing was, and that shouldn't happen.
My suggestion would be to take some time pretending that you're the reader, not the author, and read the story as if you're not writing it. Read something in a book, or a published work of some kind - not another fanfiction, because writing styles of fanfiction authors tend to be hard to count on for grammar and fluidity. There are plenty of really good authors in fanfiction, but it's generally a good idea to trust something that's had to go through several editors in order to be printed.
You've got a really great idea and I can't wait to see where you take the story.

This is really neat... I normally dislike stories that transform Kagome into demon but this has some interesting potential. I am looking forward to how you develop the tale. Thank you for sharing it.
