Hmm...a lot of things have been set up and I'm excited to see where they all go. I think I worry the most for Meta (where could she possibly be). Poor everybody right now. The emotion behind everything is great though and draws you in. I can't wait to see what happens next :)

1. Get Meta back into Kagome.

2. Let Tohru move on and be happy.

Oh... the hair cutting thing was an awesome idea... and so sad because it is one of his most prominent features... you make me ache for your Sesshi... this is a wonderful story and I am loving each gut-wrenching turn.  Thank you so much for sharing your vision.

Quite the battle. ILois quiteenjoy the buildup and the fact that people did get hurt (even if they were powerful). But ding dong naraku is dead. I wonder what this means for everybody. I can't wait to see what happens next :)

Kagome quickly took her arrow and started to infuse her power into it, “But Meta, you could be hurt!”

Really, Kagome? Really? Right in the middle of a battle where not acting fast might kill your mate, his mother AND his uncle - and you're worried about hurting a millenia-old beast who will recover even if she gets hit? And you didn't consider that she KNEW she would get hit (how could she not know, being the battle veteran she is, plus being right in the line of fire?), and she probably didn't care about getting hurt. She just just wanted to take the ONE chance you all had in several years to destroy Naraku, because if you didn't take that chance, who knows when you would get another?

All that and she still hesitated to act like a naive teenager? ::sighs:: I don't know if this is just typical of Kagome or what, but she's lucky that her hesitation didn't get them all killed.

Good job on the tension and tautness in this chappie, though - I was on the edge of my seat the whole time - except when Kgaome acted like a fool. That just made me go "Okay, now they're dead. Unless Meta manages a miracle."
