What kind of bullet was it? Hollow point? Now I'm worried. Yes! Yoshiro is dead! I wonder if the grandfather will be a problem now. It was so sweet of Sesshoumaru to protect Inuyasha. He has changed. Kagome and Sesshoumaru make me roll my eyes. I wonder when they'll finally fess up to each other or if Inuyasha and Masaru will have to drag it out of them in front of each other. sooooo happy...great chapter...but i'm a little bit concerned...seems sesshou is going to loose his arm in this story too...well doesn't really matter as long as he gets to live a happy life with kagome, their pup and inuyashas family XD very please update soon

I quite agree with your chapter heading on this last post. Sesshoumaru is quite oblivious to the truth but we all must consider, HE has never encountered love before. He's not so sure if that's even what HE feels. Kagome didn't say "I love you" she said she thought she was pregnant. Just because your brother and his son say they know it doesn't make it true because Sesshoumaru hasn't been in touch with InuYasha or the world enough to believe anything but what Kagome herself would say. The same thing goes for Kagome in the sense that Sesshoumaru just wanted to heal her and send her back and even if they did fall to their bodies passions, love was never an issue. They both are just bumbling this whole thing up, thinking they know what the other wants because of what is NOT said. I really like Masaru though. I know I said it before but he is turning into a real person here. His idolism for Sesshoumaru and wanting for both his father and uncle to see him as a strong and capable Inu worth being proud of. His loyal protectiveness of Kagome and despite his own possibly damaging injury he fights with all his might to keep Kagome safe. I really enjoyed finally having Yoshirou's life ended. He was a fool to even think messing with an Inu was a good idea. Gun or no gun, there were two Inus there and he should have known he was a dead man. Now, what's up with the gunshot wound? I'll be waiting as I have a very annoying daughter sitting on my right wanting my attention. You know how it is right? She may be 22 but she's just as persistant as when she was 4 and 5 and I was on the phone. Ta, my friend! JEN

Great chapter! I love this story so much though Kagome is making me frustrated. Masaru figured it out faster than she did so did Inuyasha for that matter. Those two better admit they love each other soon, it's starting to kill me. >o<

OMG this is getting good!!! So Sesshomaru saw all her bruises and went after Yoshirou--what next? Will he kill him slow of fast? What will he do when he get's back to Kagome? Will she finally be able to explain? Of course she'll be worried when she sees Sesshomaru's been shot....was the bullet poisoned? So many questions...lol.
