Wow could it be a plot so old that Sesshomaru's own father was taken out because he was getting to close to solving the emperor's problem which may have been about the Leyak impersonating his mate?  Or discovered a coup to over throw the emperor and empress?  Need more to read this is too good.

I was wondering if that was it. More surprises to come no doubt. That tea house sounds amazing.

Oh man now this is going to be interesting....  House of the Lotus I wonder what Ohori Tsuruhime can posssibly tell Sesshomaru that he doesn't know already.  Something to do with the madness everyone thinks he had? Or is it something more?

Ah I did go back and read 231 much better explanation thank you.....  This chapter was quite productive....  Can't wait for the invite.

That was a perfect addition to the story.

Wonderful chapter. This is a wonderfully intricate story. 

I think their trust is well placed and that was a sweet moment between them. They are becoming easier with each other's company. 

I have to totally agree with Kagome. When i found out the emperor whole rule was to get most powerful killed once every 250yrs, I'm like how is nonone doing a coup?? And these people are still in power? 

Doesn't seem fair when people important to you and your family die.
