I think Sesshomaru is acting adorable here, a little innocent in his straight-forward manner. He's so confused at Kagome's future speech and double meaning sayings. Especially, it's obvious how he doesn't speak with women informally in a regular basis. All men learn to never compare a woman with the rest in conversation, haha!
