This was such a sweet story. They each struggled and failed at communicating, but finally grew up and faced their mistakes, regrets, and fears. 

This was adorable <3 I always love reading about papa Sesshy and healthy relationships.

Heartwarming end. Missing a little more but it was a fairly nice short tale

When I said make him work for it this is exactly what I meant! I wanted to see and read more of his remorse for his actions. That's exactly what this writer did! Perfect!!! Also I have been avoiding the new animation because while we all got so use to Rin being his daughter they made it different in the series. I prefer this adopting Sesshomaru any day!!

Oh, wow! I enjoyed the heck outta this... beautiful use of the prompts, heartrending enough to make me sniffle, sweet enough to make my teeth tingle, and satisfying enough that I can wait for my Mother's Day dessert now without cheating, lol! Well, actually, maybe I've already HAD my Mother's Day dessert with this delightful story!

Wow, thank you for another amazing read

once again you have done a great job at writing a sess/kags fan fic. it was short, sweet, lovely and exotic towards the end. it was so good i didn't want to stop. i like reading your work b/c you make the story come alive with your words. there was just enough angst, regret, and sadness to make one feel emotion from the both of them. i'm glad Shippou was included in the story. someone from her past had to make other than Sesshoumaru. keep up the great writing, of which i'll be looking for more. c'ya'

I love this chapter because honestly I love a mature take charge Kagome. I mean for goodness sake - she defeated Naruku before 10th grade. I don't need a simpering little girl. I like that she knows Sesshomaru could mean heartbreak and trouble - I like it even more that the badass Kagome is despite everything STILL Kagome which means she believes in redemption and kindness. It's amazing that you can so clearly depict the dichotomy of her character and still remain so original and true to her essence. ::Applauds;:

Ahh man that was too good...  Loved the part Sesshomaru wanting to steal back the hankimono that was funny...  So sad it had to end quickly.....  oh well you done an awesome job as usual....  Thanks.
